It also allows us to provide a higher level of customer support. Each partner will focus on specific competency areas that will allow us to fine tune and dynamically manage our internal processes. We believe that this will give X4 a significant competitive advantage that will provide an elevated level of service to its customers.
HOW WILL THIS TRANSITION AFFECT YOU?
You have no doubt become comfortable working with our support staff. We are pleased to have retained all former staff members of each partner. There will be a few changes in their individual responsibilities, but you will continue to work with them at some point of the sales and/or support process.
As part of our enhanced services you can now contact us via toll free number at 800-927-4444. Simply follow the prompts to contact the department or individual that you need. Alternatively you can submit billing and service issues to us via e-mail.
- Billing questions should be sent via e-mail to billing@x4communications.com . One of our service representatives will contact you upon receipt indicating who will work your specific issue.
- Service outages should always be reported immediately to your actual service provider. However, issues that are do not require immediate attention or those that require escalation should be submitted to service@x4communications.com . One of our service representatives will contact you upon receipt indicating who will work your specific issue.
